What if I do not attract enough investors?

If you reach the end of your two week listing period (See How long does it take to get funded?), and your loan attracts investors for at least $4,000 yet less than 60% of the total amount of your loan request, you will have the option to accept or to decline a partially funded loan from Cross River Bank (See What does “waiting” status mean?).  As soon as you accept a partially funded loan, your loan status will switch to “funded” and we will proceed to the final step (assuming the application is complete).

However, if you reach the end of your two week listing period and your loan attracts investors for at least $4,000 and more than 60% of the total amount of your loan request, your loan status will automatically switch to“funded”, and your loan application will proceed right away to the final review (assuming the application is complete).

If you reach the end of your two week listing period and your loan attracts investors for less than $4,000, your application will automatically end (with no impact at all on your credit score).
